Scope and current website status
This is a proposed privacy-policy draft for Cross Ink LLC and the crossink.click catalog preview. It is visibly marked as a draft because the owner has not approved policy text, an effective date, operating practices, or a public privacy contact. It does not describe an active online store, booking service, or customer-support workflow.
The repaired site is a static preview. It shows source-provided catalog references and a browser-local preview cart, but it cannot complete orders, accept payments, reserve inventory, or send a customer message to Cross Ink LLC.
Information entered on the site
The current preview does not provide an active contact form, checkout form, account area, booking form, or other customer-submission endpoint. The former on-page form was removed from the public flow because it had no delivery endpoint and could misleadingly indicate that a message had been sent.
Please do not submit personal information through this preview. A future contact or order feature must be reviewed with a verified receiving channel, a data-handling process, and approved policy language before it is enabled. This draft does not claim that a future email handoff will be monitored or delivered.
Hosting and external resources
A deployed version of this static project may use Cloudflare delivery services. When a visitor requests a website served through Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes network-request information such as IP address and routing/device data to deliver and secure the request, under Cloudflare’s own privacy terms. The production hosting configuration and its exact logging settings remain for owner review.
The preview requests Google Fonts and, for existing catalog-reference imagery, Unsplash image resources. Those providers can receive a request from the visitor’s browser when their resources load. The replacement hoodie reference image is stored with this source, but it is still labeled illustrative. This draft does not promise that the site is cookie-free or tracking-free because hosting and third-party provider settings require owner review.
Browser storage
The current preview uses the browser’s local storage key crossink_click_cart to keep preview-cart selections on the same browser. The key stores product identifiers and quantities selected in the preview; it does not create a Cross Ink LLC order, payment, reservation, or customer account.
A visitor can remove selections in the preview cart or clear browser storage through browser controls. Clearing local storage removes these browser-local selections. Cross Ink LLC needs owner-approved data practices before adding any account, analytics, customer-message, or transaction storage.
Use, access, and retention
The repaired preview uses the browser-local cart only to display selections back to the visitor in that browser. It has no source-visible business process for retaining customer records, responding to data requests, or identifying a controller contact. Provider-side processing, if any, follows the applicable provider’s published practices.
No retention period, deletion process, sale or sharing practice, or privacy-rights process has been approved for Cross Ink LLC. These decisions must be supplied and reviewed before the site collects personal information or enables commerce.
Your choices and privacy questions
You may use browser settings to clear local storage, control third-party resource loading, and manage cookies. External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This preview has no verified owner-supplied privacy contact, so it should not be used to submit a privacy request or other sensitive information.
Before activation, the owner needs to provide a monitored privacy contact, the relevant business details, confirmed hosting and third-party-service configuration, retention practices, and a process for responding to applicable privacy rights. Nothing in this draft is intended to limit rights that applicable law requires.
